In 2022 I discovered breathwork, within 2 weeks my life was transformed and my anxiety was hugely reduced.
I was so impressed I decided to train as a coach and share this amazing knowledge.
I'm also assessing course work for BCTS who I trained with and working towards teaching the course in the future.

Practicing simple breathing techniques for 10 mins twice a day has accumulative positive effects on our overall well-being.
I don't teach any dynamic breathwork, I focus on simple, powerful and effective techniques that promote our pysical health and emotional wellbeing.
I run regular breathwork groups and see clients for one to one consultations.I work on zoom and from my treatment room in Thrapston Northants.
