About Me

Hello I'm Rachel Thompson and I'm a CPCAB trained breathwork coach. I discovered breathwork  in 2022 when I was suffering from PTSD and anxiety.  After practicing breathing techniques for 10mins twice a day my life was transformed as my anxiety was reduced in just 2 weeks. I was so amazed by how powerful the effect was I decided to train to share the benefits with other people. Since then I've continued to recover with the accumulative effects of breathwork and counselling. The breathwork has also improved  my fitness which I've noticed especially going up hills.

I've lived in Thrapston all my life.  You may have seen me flying along on a colourful  bicycle or walking around the town wearing bright colours and  one of my many hats. Many people know me as the hat lady! I've been living in my current Victorian house for over 30 years, where I see clients in my cozy period therapy room. My other passions are walking gardening, cooking and crafting. 

 

I trained as a  CPCAB breathwork coach in 2022 with Kate Williams at BCTS

I now assess coursework  for BCTS and am in training  to be a tutor.

I'm also a joint  coordinator of a support  group for breathwork coaches.
