Breathwork for Balance and Health. Learn how breathwork can help restore balance into our lives, including several balancing breathing techniques and movement and breath exercises which promote a fuller deeper breath. We will mainly be working from a chair with an invitation to work from the floor if comfortable. Please ensure a safe warm space where you won't be disturbed and a couple of large books.

Reduce Stress and Anxiety with Breathwork 

 

Thursday 9th May 7pm -8pm

Learn simple powerful breathing techniques  to reduce stress and anxiety. How these  breathing techniques can tone the vagus nerve which takes us into parasympathetic nervous system,  rest and digest where we feel safe and calm. We will be working from a chair, please ensure a safe warm space where you won't be disturbed a warm blanket.
